Back in November 2019, I’d put on weight, lost my fitness, felt sluggish, and was just generally fed up with myself. Then I came across an advert for Elevation Training Club. I’d done the usual bits — yoga, fitness classes, some hiking, dipped in and out of gyms — but strength training? I wasn’t so sure. Part of me thought, what if I end up looking like a bodybuilder?

But once I got started, things clicked. The training made sense, the progress came quickly, and I actually began to enjoy it. The club’s got a proper friendly vibe. The coaches know their stuff, the members are down to earth — it’s just a good place to be.
When Covid hit, I thought all my progress would vanish — but Elevation adapted straight away. Online training kicked in, and truthfully, it kept me sane.
Fast forward to now — I feel fitter, healthier, more confident, and yeah... I even got back into my old jeans.
