Elevation Training Club – Terms & Conditions
Membership & Fees
Membership is for a 6-month initial term or monthly rolling with a 30-day cancellation notice after the initial period.
Direct Debit payments are due on the 1st of each month.
Membership provides access to group training (2-12 people) and large team training (8-24 people).
Membership Terms
Includes group training, an assigned coach, masterclasses, and open gym access.
Sessions must be used within the month (no rollover).
6-hour notice required for cancellations (emergencies exempt).
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in all future booked sessions being deleted.
Sessions last 45-50 minutes. Late arrivals will have adjusted warm-ups.
No membership freezes.
Membership acceptance is at Elevation Training Club’s discretion.
Refunds are not provided for non-attendance.
Fees may change with 30 days’ notice.
Liability & Health
Members must monitor their health and inform staff of any medical concerns.
The club is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or facility availability beyond 2 weeks.
Exercise is at your own risk; consult a doctor if needed.
Changing & Ending Membership
Upgrades/downgrades require 30 days’ notice.
Cancellation requires written/email notice with a 30-day payment period post-notice.
Membership may be terminated for misconduct or rule violations.
Gym Rules
Clean equipment after use.
Book sessions at least 30 mins in advance.
No session carryover to the next month.
Arrive max 10 minutes before your session.
Respect staff and members; abuse will lead to membership termination.
Personal Belongings
Items are brought at your own risk; we are not responsible for loss/damage.
Lost property should be handed to reception.
Photos & Videos
We take photos/videos for marketing. Let us know if you prefer not to be included.
